A Happy and Healthy Automotive Industry

Helping to keep your mind and wellbeing a priority in these challenging times!

The Challenge!

We are sitting more and moving less!

The data around physical activity is alarming. We are sitting too much and moving too little. This data was alarming enough pre-pandemic, and as most of us are restricted from movement or having to work from home, the statistics are getting worse!

Digital dependency and a performance-driven culture now often replace the time given to physical activity and movement.

Movement & Me

Movement&Me provide consultancy and wellbeing programmes that improve our mental and physical health.

To get you started, here’s our top 3 tips.

  • Take a walking meeting, this helps build your creativity and keeps you focused, whilst at the same time, getting a little excercise.

  • Get up every 30 mins, take a two minute walk around the office or home to stretch your legs and re-focus.

  • This might have been a little trickier in the work place, but include a few body stretches at your desk. This will help the blood flow and keep your mind focused!
