- Take a walking meeting, this helps build your creativity and keeps you focused, whilst at the same time, getting a little excercise.
- Get up every 30 mins, take a two minute walk around the office or home to stretch your legs and re-focus.
- This might have been a little trickier in the work place, but include a few body stretches at your desk. This will help the blood flow and keep your mind focused!
